Whether you are an elite athlete, actively participating in sports, playing with your kids, or simply wanting to be healthier and more mobile, we strive to provide the highest level of training that will help you achieve your goals. Our two main programs, CrossFit and FIT are designed to give you the results you’re looking for and the workout you need.

CROSSFIT

Workouts are based on core functional movements, incorporating aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running and more.

FIT BOOTCAMP

Bootcamp classes feature high intensity, interval-based training by incorporating light weight and body weight movements.

All the coaches at “The W” are great, the facility is amazing and all the members have become my second family. Once you walk through the door, you are greeted with enthusiastic coaches and a sense of community that you will not find at another gym.
