At the W CrossFit | Fit Wallingford, our goal is to bring people together that share a similar mindset. Specifically, we believe we can achieve more. We can lift heavier, run faster, jump higher, set goals and demolish them. We believe in high fives and the power of positive thinking. We haven’t met our potential yet, but with sweat and hard work, we get closer to reaching it everyday.

A DIFFERENT FULL BODY WORKOUT,
EVERYDAY

We strongly believe that routine is the enemy, but consistency is key to improving your fitness. At The W CrossFit, we provide a workout that changes daily and will require you to use different muscles every session. By consistently performing a full body workout with high intensity, you can achieve an increased work capacity and maximum results over time.

CrossFit

Workouts are based on core functional movements, incorporating aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running and more.

FIT Bootcamp

Bootcamp classes feature high intensity, interval-based training by incorporating light weight and body weight movements.

All the coaches at “The W” are great, the facility is amazing and all the members have become my second family. Once you walk through the door, you are greeted with enthusiastic coaches and a sense of community that you will not find at another gym.
